Multiplex signed the contract to deliver The Broadway in November, reports developer Northacre.
Following a successful nine-month single-stage competitive tender process for the £422m design and build contract, Multiplex will now deliver the 1.72-acre mixed-use development on the site of the former Metropolitan Police headquarters. Once completed, The Broadway will comprise 268 apartments across six towers, 142,000 sq ft of commercial and retail accommodation, public realm and a new thoroughfare linking Victoria Street with St James’s Park tube station.

Multiplex will take possession of the site in February 2019 and the development is due to be completed in December 2021.
