LabTech has appointed Ardmore as the main contractor for the 101 Camley Street project, providing 30,000sqft of new purpose-built co-working office space and 121 new homes.
Ardmore will oversee the completion of the current substructure contract, before starting the structural frame in Q4 2018. The project is expected to complete in Q4 2019.
