RAD a Royal Albert Dock has reached practical completion, reports principal contractor Multiplex.

Multiplex has worked on the site since 2015 to deliver the prominent business centre opposite London City Airport, and completing it is a major achievement for the project team and the wider business.

Royal Albert Dock offers 460,000 sq ft of modern workspaces alongside a significant amount of retail development and is set to become London’s third business district, following the City and Canary Wharf, with Beckton Park DLR station's easy access to Central London.

The site is just 220m away from London City Airport’s live runways, which has required the utmost precision from our team throughout construction.
