This October, UOL Group Limited (UOL), one of Singapore’s leading public-listed companies with total assets of USD$15 billion, is launching its maiden project The Sky Residences at One Bishopsgate Plaza, a new development in the heart of the City of London. The residences will be showcased across five Asian markets from mid-October.

One Bishopsgate Plaza will be the first tower development located in the City to harmoniously fuse private apartments with a luxury hotel. The landmark address will combine the 160-unit The Sky Residences (from level 21 to 41) with Europe’s first Pan Pacific hotel, which will offer residents exclusive access to its five-star amenities, designed by internationally renowned Yabu Pushelberg (behind Park Hyatt and Four Seasons, New York).

The Sky Residences is a collection of one, two and three bedroom apartments, which start at level 21 and extend upwards, to ensure every home benefits from panoramic views of the city and beyond.

Designed by PLP Architecture, the 41- storey building has been crafted to the height of sophistication, expansive glass panes and striking steel column ensures the tower’s exterior design stands tall against the skyline.

Every aspect of the building has been carefully considered to optimise light and space, with many of the apartments featuring double aspect and full-height glazing to truly provide residents a home in the sky. One Bishopsgate Plaza epitomises contemporary luxury living, instilling the feeling of being within a private gallery with views of some of London’s most iconic landmarks including the River Thames, Tower Bridge, The Gherkin and St Paul’s Cathedral.

Each apartment encompasses the luxury of a hotel suite, with the warmth of a one-of-a-kind home. A new public plaza will be created around the entrance of the building, providing a welcome gateway into One Bishopsgate Plaza. London favourite’s SUSHISAMBA City and Duck & Waffle are located next door, The Ned, City Social and Nobu are within a short stroll and the much-anticipated Eataly will open on the same street in 2020.
