The Crown Estate has launched 5 & 7 Swallow Place flexible office space off Oxford Street in Mayfair.

The new adaptable workspaces have been created for businesses who want flexibility in a professional, fully-equipped environment. Each private office is supplemented by shared collaborative space, which includes meetings rooms, breakout areas and private work-booths, a generous roof terrace and flexible events space.

Situated moments from Oxford Circus with views over Regent Street and Oxford Street, Swallow Place brings new format flexible workspace to heart of the West End. The spaces range from 1,000 sq ft to 7,400 sq ft. All are available on flexible, short-form leases, with inclusive pricing which incorporates the services of the in-house reception and support team, and access to the building amenities.

The Crown Estate is also offering greater design flexibility for its customers. Each office is available as a fully-fitted ready-to-go suite or as ‘Cat A’ office. Customers can also choose from a menu of options with the fit out delivered by The Crown Estate and tailored to the needs of residents.
