Thirty Casson Square Welcomes First Residents

22/02/2020 by Buildington

Thirty Casson Square, the second residential building to open at Southbank Place, has welcomed its first residents.

95% of the 140 apartments have sold to date and only eight units are still available. Situated on the upper and penthouse levels of the building, the remaining two and three-bedroom apartments range in price from £2.2 million to £7.75 million.
Each apartment comprises a mixture of bedroom suites, bathrooms and open-plan kitchen/dining & living area, with some benefitting from a 75 sq. ft. corner balcony.

One of the first purchasers at Thirty Casson Square, Rasmus, had been searching the local area for the perfect new home, but hadn’t found what he was looking for until he took a tour of the dedicated marketing suite and show apartments located in County Hall: “I looked at other apartments and houses close by, but was particularly attracted to the development not just in terms of the location but also in relation to the interesting architecture and the level of amenities, such as the large gym, swimming pool and cinema room.”

Resident Boon Lim said: “My wife Sally and I like the city life and apartment living is the way to go as we are downsizers. We have been living in apartments since we moved to Australia, so Southbank Place offers us the perfect lifestyle with a home that suits our needs, with facilities such as the gym and swimming pool that we can really enjoy.”

Prices at Thirty Casson Square start from £2,200,000 for a two-bedroom apartment. For further information on Southbank Place or to book an appointment in the marketing suite visit www.southbank-place.com.
