The 22-meter-deep foundation piles have been completed which allowed for the pile rig machinery to be removed from the site. Next on the agenda is the pile caps, substructure, and ground floor.

Manufacturing has begun off-site on the first of the bathroom pods, which will be ready for installation as soon as the site is prepared.
