Westminster Council has approved Astrea Asset Management's plans for the redevelopment of Berger House at 36-38 Berkeley Square in Mayfair W1. The existing building will be demolished to make way for a new building designed by Piercy & Company comprising sub-basement, basement, ground and eight upper floors.

The plans were submitted to Westminster Council in December 2019. Ref no. 19/09409/FULL.
