FABRICA by A2Dominion’s sales centres for new private homes and shared ownership have reopened with a range of enhanced health and safety procedures.

Viewings are now taking place by appointment at Carlton House, Putney, where there is no on-site centre.

Examples of some of the procedures put in place include:
- Visits by appointment only with a maximum of two people attending a viewing
- Strict social distancing at all times
- Changes to the layout of sales suites to maximise social distancing
- Staff and customers wearing appropriate PPE
- Enhanced cleaning

Ongoing sales carried on after 25th March and new enquiries continued to be processed remotely while centres were closed.
