The first phase of the scheme, Mount Anvil's first joint venture development with Catalyst, was launched on 23rd June 2020.

Comprising 160 for private sale in Acton W3, the first phase was met with huge demand since its selling agents Knight Frank and Savills cumulatively reserved most of the homes, four years off-plan.
