Derwent London is anticipating commencing on their next major development at 19-35 Baker Street W1 in 2021. The site has planning permission for 293,000 sq ft mixed use and is expected to complete in 2025.
"Covid-19 may have tempered our short-term growth but ongoing developments ensure that the portfolio is still strongly reversionary and we remain in a good position to benefit once the economy improves," reads the group's Interim Results for 2020.
