Northacre has opened the first show apartment at No. 1 Palace Street and bookings can be made for a private viewing.

Interior Designer Natalia Miyar commented: “In any project, the layout and how you move through the space is really important. The anchor of the scheme was the combination of wall textures and materials which lead you comfortably through the space, so you see the best part of the bones of the apartment. I used interesting colour combinations, even in the furniture and we have bespoke pieces that were made by specialist craftspeople around the UK just for this project. The design combines interesting pieces full of character in a very beautifully textured but soft base.“
