International law firm Baker McKenzie has taken a pre-let of over half of 280 Bishopsgate for their new London HQ.

The scheme, which is a significant redevelopment of the original building designed by FOGGO Architects, has effectively been transformed to reflect and meet the rapidly changing nature of occupier’s requirements, including a strong wellbeing agenda with large roof terraces, significant bicycle suite and an interactive dual office entrance regime.

John Mulqueen, Head of offices EMEA at CBRE Global Investors said: “CO-RE, in their role as Development Advisor, worked with us as an integral part of our project team at our landmark 250,000 sq ft development in the City of London where we secured the preletting of 153,000 sq ft to multinational law firm Baker McKenzie.”
