Robert Irving Burns has recently completed on the acquisition of 28 Portland Place.

The building comprises a total of 10,278 sq. ft of D1 institutional office space. It is held on a long leasehold from the Howard de Walden Estate and is located within the City of Westminster’s Portland Place Special Policy Area which aims to protect the Harley Street Conservation Area and D1 Use property.
