Turley has secured a resolution to grant hybrid planning permission for the mixed-use redevelopment by BlackRock and Neat Developments in Enflield. Colosseum Retail Park will provide up to 1,800 new homes across multiple development phases.

Ben Wrighton, Head of Planning London, said: “The plans for Colosseum Retail Park are the culmination of three years of consultation and collaboration with Enfield Council and local communities. The proposals represent a high quality benchmark for new development in the Borough, whilst building in flexibility to accommodate changes in the way in which people might live and work in the future.”

Joe Crawley from NEAT Developments commented: “The plans for CRP are the culmination of three years of consultation and collaboration with Enfield Council and local communities. We approach all of our developments with a view to futureproofing, anticipating changing trends of working and living and building sustainability into the development concept.”

Turley provided expert Planning, EIA, Sustainability and Economics services for the development.
