Lots of progress has been made internally at The River Collection over the last few months, reports developer Mount Anvil.

All walls are up, forming apartment spaces, up to floor 7. Mechanical works is almost complete up to floor 5.

The bathrooms have been delivered to each apartment.

Externally, the precast panels are currently being hung up on the outside of the building and are almost complete.

The installation of balconies has started, and are complete on floors 2 and 3.

Work to the concrete frames of The City Collection has progressed well over the summer, and are now up to the 14th floor. The precast panels are complete to floor 2.

The first fix of party walls is in progress up to floor 7, as is the mechanical and electrical works in the corridors. Bathrooms have been delivered up to floor 9 with more deliveries in progress.
