Work is progressing well at the Chelsea Barracks development.
The Phase 4 buildings designed by Eric Parry Architects comprise three residential buildings arranged around a private courtyard at the centre of the development. Ranelagh House looks set to be completed in 2021 and Five Fields Square, the largest of the public spaces provided within the masterplan, in 2022.
