The next stage of development at Clarendon by St William has been approved, reports architect Sheppard Robson.

The latest phase 3B of the masterplan comprises 281 homes, residents’ facilities, a new community centre, a food store, cafe and 25,000 of sq ft of commercial space.

The new phase designed by Sheppard Robson is situated at the heart of the masterplan and includes proposals for three buildings that will house 281 new homes, office space, a food store, café and community centre. The project will also include resident amenities, which will feature a lounge, gym, spa and pool.

New homes are available for sale at Hornsey Park Place (2021) and Alexandra Palace Gardens - Lambert Mansions (2022). Prices from £405,000 – £768,000.
