First residents move in

Developer Tailored Living Solutions has achieved completion at Two Three Seven Brixton Hill and is set to welcome the first residents on February 6th.

The majority of the purchasers of the ultra-modern homes are first-time buyers attracted to the high-tech offering, spacious open-plan layout and exceptional location in one of London’s trendiest suburbs. Prices for the four-remaining loft-style apartments start at £450,000 and Help to Buy is available.

Josh Chadd, Managing Director at Tailored Living Solutions said: “The completion of Two Three Seven Brixton Hill is a major milestone as our debut project in Brixton. A lot of work has gone into the design and planning of the building and we are excited to welcome the first residents at the beginning of February. Our goal was to incorporate state of the art technology rarely seen in properties for first-time buyers to enhance purchasers’ wellbeing and help them save on bills.

"Now only a small percentage of apartments remain. We expect them to be in high demand following the bumper amount of activity in the market to start the New Year ahead of the Stamp Duty deadline. Although it is fast approaching, prospective purchasers are still able to benefit from the Stamp Duty holiday if they complete their purchase before the 31st of March.”

As well as the end of the Stamp Duty holiday, prospective purchasers should be aware of the upcoming changes to the Help to Buy scheme in 2021. From April 2021 the Help to Buy scheme will only be available for first-time buyers and new regional price caps are being introduced which will be up to £600,000 in London.
