Aitch Group has unveiled the details of the No.9 Pemberton Place off Mare Street in Hackney.

The development offers one, two and three-bedroom apartments located above contemporary work and retail space and adjoining 19th-century cottages – the only heritage homes left standing in the area.

The apartments are up to 1,035 sq ft in size, prices start from £450,000 for a one-bedroom apartment, £626,000 for a two-bedroom and £750,000 for a three-bedroom.
