Public consultation for the redevelopment of the M&S store site at 458 Oxford Street is running until 31st March 2021.

The plans would transform the site introducing a new landmark, mixed-use building comprising a new full-line Marks & Spencer store, prime Grade A workspace at upper levels and a new landscaped public realm.
