McGee has been appointed for the second phase of works on the redevelopment of Mayfair’s oldest car park on Carrington Street.
After successfully completing the decontamination and demolition of the existing NCP car park ahead of schedule, McGee has subsequently been appointed to deliver the piling, enabling and 30,000m3 bulk excavation works to create the new basement space. This package of works also includes a 7-storey concrete core, upper and lower ground floor slabs.
The new development will offer up to 30 apartments, a gym, art gallery, retail and restaurant space. McGee is working alongside AKT II for its client, Motcomb Estates Limited.
