Helical has completed the sale of one further apartment in Phase One of Barts Square, leaving just one apartment available for sale, reports Helical in the latest financial update.

In Phase Two, the sale of five apartments completed and have exchanged contracts for the sale of one further apartment, leaving 27 apartments available for sale.

New build 1 and 2-bedroom currently start from £910,000.
