Just launched - New warehouse-style commercial spaces

Aitch Group has launched new warehouse-style commercial spaces at Bagel Factory in Hackney Wick.

The Bagel Factory provides 42,500 sq ft of workspace across three buildings. It is part of a wider Hackney Wick hub offering 60,000 sq ft of commercial space located in the creative heart of London’s newest business district.

Workspace units at Bagel Factory are available from prices starting from £32.50 per sq ft.

Features of a typical commercial floor include exceptional natural light with floor-to-ceiling windows, generous ceiling heights of up to 3.50 metres, feature lighting and smart Art Deco-inspired bathrooms with feature wall tiles, washbasins set in cantilevered wooden beams and sculptural mirrors.

Occupiers have access to high-speed internet, a private courtyard, on-site gym, concierge and landscaped areas, along with dedicated secure cycle storage and showers. The remaining workspaces at Bagel Factory would be ideal for a range of occupiers, including Bagel suppliers, creative firms and leisure providers.

Stonemasons Yard also has commercial units available with up to 4,500 sq ft of space. With several units already taken across all the schemes, future occupiers at the Aitch Group development would be in great company - adding to an already rich, bustling community spirit within Hackney Wick.

At Bagel Factory Central, a 3,500 sq ft unit has been let to The Wick CrossFit, which offers a range of classes including CrossFit, Conditioning, Yoga and Gymnastics so that every member of the community can choose something to make them feel great, have fun and feel confident – useful for Hackney Wick locals and commercial Bagel Factory occupiers.

A 6,500 sq ft unit at Bagel Factory East was let to Powster Ltd, a digital creative studio for the entertainment industry that created the first AR artwork on Spotify. As a result of their work, Spotify users could play Sam Smith’s song Diamonds and interact with a hologram of Sam themselves dancing right on the mobile device.

Within Bagel Factory West, a 4-floor unit was sold to Pirate Studios who create rentable creative studios for beginners to professionals spanning all different activities. Booked by the hour, space has one of every Pirate Studio – podcast, dance, recording, production and DJ so whatever the next project, customers can get creative there.
