The first on-site sales launch for Galliard's landmark Wimbledon Grounds development will take place this weekend.

The weekend starts on Friday 16th and continues on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th April 2021.

The mixed-use regeneration scheme adjoins the brand-new and fully-built stadium of AFC Wimbledon at the club’s original home on Plough Lane, and the sales launch will be the first opportunity to show buyers the stadium and the remaining homes on offer.

Every home at Wimbledon Grounds comes with a furniture package, courtesy of New Concept Furnishings, who provide furniture and all the essentials with every home ‘all the way down to your bamboo toothbrush.’ The packages are to a value of £5,000 for a one-bedroom and £7,000 for a two-bedroom apartment, including beds and sofas, soft furnishings including rugs and made-to-measure blinds a wide range of accessories ranging from lamps and mirrors to kitchen utensils and cleaning products.

Galliard Homes team will offer potential buyers tours of dressed show apartments across the two buildings. Stadia Three comprises 114 homes of which just 20 remain, with its first residents moved in over December 2020.

Stadia One is the centrepiece collection, with the first phase recently released off-plan, which will ultimately offer an impressive 364 new-build homes, due to complete in Q2/Q3 this year. Buyers will be able to view thirteen show apartments showcasing a range of different styles and sizes.

At the sales launch, a large marquee will be used to host the prospective buyers in a ‘meet and greet area,’ with additional protection from Integrity Cleaning following the government’s latest guidance after the easing of COVID-19 restrictions on the 12th April. Viewings will need to be booked in advance and will be carried out from 3pm on Friday, 10am on Saturday and 11am on with interested buyers encouraged to reserve their place.

Buyers at Wimbledon Grounds will also benefit from a range of other incentives, including Galliard’s extension of the Government’s Stamp Duty Holiday until January 2022, which will allow buyers to save up to £15,000 on Stamp Duty.

The first five reservations at the sales launch will get the opportunity to have a complimentary matchday experience with AFC Wimbledon when football fans return to stadiums.

Every NHS worker purchaser will be offered a new TV and Deliveroo voucher.

Each fully furnished property at Wimbledon Grounds has open-plan living/dining spaces, designer kitchens as well as flooring in a mix of oak and carpet.

All appliances such as fridge/freezer and dishwasher are integrated and the walls left neutral in tone, ready for interpretation by their current or future owner.

Every home has access to an outside space, either a private balcony off the living room or access to one of the landscaped mid-level gardens.
