The final planning consent for the scheme has now been granted by Lambeth Council.
HB Reavis has committed a £100 million package of public benefits, including new step-free access to the Underground station at Waterloo, as well as discounted workspace memberships for the 100,000 sq ft creative and affordable workspace within One Waterloo. This is part of a tailored employment and skills strategy, to engage with local schools and colleges and improve opportunities for local unemployed and younger residents with few or no qualifications.
The new development will deliver around 1.2 million square feet of workspace and new retail space.
