Islington Square’s luxury penthouse and maisonette collection have completely sold out, with a combined asking price in excess of £90 million.

According to developer Cain International, the collection of 14 penthouses and 8 maisonettes has proven very popular with all homes now sold and buyers moved into their new homes.

The majority of buyers have come from the local Islington area, including families and young entrepreneurs, looking to downsize or trade up, said selling agent Beauchamp Estates.

The luxury penthouse collection offers large homes finished to the highest standard with specification including bespoke Valcucine Artematica kitchens, marble feature walls and grand freestanding baths to the bathrooms. Every penthouse has a private rooftop garden with an endless swimming pool and incredible views over London.
