Planning Committee meeting
Westminster Council is set to approve plans for the redevelopment of the Southside building in Victoria.
Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox for Southside Unit Trust, the plans propose the demolition of the existing building, extension of the existing basement and the erection of a new 63,908m2 building comprising offices, affordable workspace, flexible retail, community and leisure use, ‘Village Square’, area of outdoor seating, plus all highways, landscaping and other associated works.
The committee meeting will take place on Tuesday 27th April 2021. Westminster Council ref. no. 20/04966/FULL.
