The management team at AXA IM Alts has shared an update on plans for the restoration of Dolphin Square with the residents and neighbours.

The restoration will focus on making the estate more sustainable and lowering its carbon footprint while improving the comfort and quality of life of residents.

Plans include modernising the inner workings of the buildings and the estate’s infrastructure. Interiors and apartments will be refreshed and updated, with a design approach inspired by Dolphin Square’s heritage and a focus on quality and craftsmanship. The on-site amenity offering for residents will also be considerably improved.

Works are expected to start in the Autumn of 2021, subject to planning applications, which are due later this year. The works will take seven years to complete.
