Plot A – Nine Elms Park has been granted unanimous approval by Wandsworth Borough Council.

EPR Architects proposals for the contemporary 230,000ft2 office scheme were described by the planning committee as ‘a great leap forward’ in workplace design.

The plans see the delivery of an exemplar of sustainability, wellness and post-Covid design; incorporating extensive flexible amenity space and aspiring to achieve a BREEAM rating of Outstanding, WELL Certification Platinum and WIRED Certified Platinum.
