The Gym Group has taken 12,000 sq ft of space for a gym and fitness centre at Cally Yard.

Instant Offices has taken nearly 14,000 sq ft of space, on behalf of the Department of Work and Pensions, for a new Job Centre Plus.

50,000 sq ft is still available through Colliers.

Adam Lawrence, Chief Executive, London Square, commented: "We are seeing a significant post-lockdown demand, which demonstrates the appeal of high quality space in a good neighbourhood location to retailers, leisure and office-based businesses. Following the pandemic, there is a renewed focus on staying local, with people wanting to shop and spend time near where they live and work, which is excellent news for businesses and the local economy."
