Hanover Green has let five floors, totalling 15,000 sq ft, to Arden University at Santon House.

Arden University is occupying the ground and upper floors. The lower ground floor is occupied by The Santon Group and Hoya Vision Care.

The building is now fully let.

Bim Sandhu from The Santon Group commented: "In the current extremely difficult letting market for offices Harry Pruden and Richard Zoers at Hanover Green, together with our managing agent Richard Wood, worked extremely hard to procure an excellent long term tenant for the building and to retain their presence in Ealing. We look forward to welcoming Arden’s students to a refurbished Santon House."
