Public consultation has been launched to introduce plans for the former Debenhams site at 334 Oxford Street.

Developer 334 Ramsbury Oxford Limited, owned by a private investment company Ramsbury Property International Holding AB, is proposing a major refurbishment and extension of 334 Oxford Street, which will introduce a more flexible, sustainable building.

Designed by AHMM, the new highly sustainable building would include modern flagship retail on Oxford Street, leisure spaces, food & drink amenities and flexible workspace.

Much of the existing concrete frame would be rtained, introducing new façades and three additional storeys.

Planning application will be submitted to Westminster City Council in summer 2021.
