Ottolenghi Deli has taken 1,500 sq ft of ground and basement level space on Marylebone Lane for a 10 year lease period, reports Howard de Walden Estate.
The space, designed with long-term collaborator, Alex Meitlis, will open in June 2021. It will feature a communal dining area, as well as some outside seating.
Retail & Leisure Director Jenny Casebourne at Howard de Walden commented: “We are delighted to have secured two incredibly exciting new names for Marylebone Village, boosting our retail and leisure offering for visitors, local residents and other occupiers alike.
“Ottolenghi is a fantastic new addition to Marylebone Village and we have no doubt that they will add to the buzz of Marylebone Lane.
“As shops and restaurants re-open, providers are focused on securing high-quality space, with healthy footfall and a good existing tenant mix. This is precisely what Marylebone Village provides.”
