Bouyigues UK reports good progress on Phase 3 of Hallsville Quarter.

Structural concrete works have reached Level 5 on Block D2 on Silvertown Way and work has started on the first floor of Block F continuing the construction of the maisonettes on Rathbone Street.

The basement level car park in Block E on Rathbone Street will be completed shortly and work has already started on the elevation of the ground floor of the building.

Phase 3 of Hallsville Quarter comprises 620 new homes including 50 extra care homes, as well as 118,404 sq ft of retail, leisure, offices and an NHS health centre.
