VolkerFitzpatrick has been appointed to deliver The Apex, one of the 6 mixed-use new buildings in the Tribeca development.

Following initial works in June to demolish the current structure on St Pancras Way, the team will separate the structural slab from its neighbouring plot and then build the new 7-storey Apex building.

Stuart Deverill, managing director of VolkerFitzpatrick’s Building division, commented: “I am delighted that VolkerFitzpatrick has been appointed to deliver this first building within the new waterside Tribeca development. The Apex, a part of this creatively repurposed and thriving district of London, will be a welcome addition to our portfolio of mixed-use projects.”

The £29 million project is due to complete in Q1 2023.
