Dominvs Group has submitted a planning application for the phased development to provide two hotel buildings (ground plus 15 and ground plus 9 storeys) with ancillary facilities (Use Class C1) and café (Use Class A3) across part of Ground and Lower Ground floors. Plus, cycle parking, plant, public realm, landscaping, and other associated works (amended description).
