Estate agent Dexters has launched NWX Residences, a landmark Build-to-Rent scheme within the Oaklands Rise mixed-use development, part of London’s “New West End”.
 
NWX Residences offers 200 of 1 and 2-bedroom apartments with balconies across two new buildings, Ambrose House and Easton Court, designed by CZWG Architects.

All homes are available to let unfurnished or furnished. Tenants can choose from BoConcept furniture package options in order to dress their apartments. Showcasing unique designs and colour palettes, tenants can choose from three different furniture packages, with optional upgrades available for additional accessories and statement furniture pieces.                           
 
All the apartments at NWX Residences have a spacious living and dining area, opening onto an outside balcony. The open plan or galley kitchen is located off the main living area. In the larger apartments the main bedroom has an en suite bathroom.
 
The high-spec apartments come with features such as Wi-Fi for up to 150MB downloads, with upgrades available to 1GB high-speed downloads, bespoke design kitchens with integrated appliances, wood strip flooring to the kitchen and living room and carpeted bedrooms.
