Lambeth Council has approved plans for the refurbishment and extension of the IBM Building at 76 Upper Ground in South Bank.

The proposal was for the refurbishment, partial demolition and extension of the existing Grade II listed building to provide additional office space (Use Class E part (g)(i)) and flexible retail/restaurant (Use Class E parts (a) or (b)) at ground floor level alongside associated cycle parking and public realm enhancements.
