Hanover Green has let 14,512 sq ft of office space at Kings Place to Eurostar, the cross-Channel train operator on a lease assignment.
Eurostar has taken the space on the 6th floor at 90 York Way.
The owner of the building located a near King’s Cross St Pancras station, one of the key London terminals for Eurostar, is DekaBank.
