Groveworld has completed the sale of Stone Studios (80-84 and 88 Wallis Road, E9) to Telford Homes.

The 1.06 acre site was sold with planning permission for 120 apartments and c. 55,000 sq ft of office, retail, leisure and affordable workspace.
