Ivanhoé Cambridge acquires 3 Minster Court for £170m. The 275,000 square-foot (25,600m2) property was leased to London Underwriting Center from the beginning to 2016. Greycoat, FREO and DTZ acted for Ivanhoé Cambridge. At the time of acquisition, 3 Minster Court was owned 50/50 between Santander and fund managed by Hamburg-based Paribus Real Estate. International investment manager FREO was selected by Santander to acquire its underlease interest and simultaneously entered into an off-market exclusivity agreement with Paribus to acquire its head lease interest. Both interests were eventually acquired by Ivanhoe Cambridge.
