The Phase 2B site is located on Albany Road, adjacent to Burgess Park. It includes all the Wendover (241-471), Winslow, Padbury and Ravenstone blocks (see location on above map).

Notting Hill Genesis team is now working with architects Maccreanor Lavington to improve on the existing 2015 consent for 490 new homes. The new plans would deliver a more sustainable development, increase in the number of affordable homes, and an improved connection into the surrounding Walworth area through open spaces.

Overall, the new plans would see the delivery of over 600 new homes at Phase 2B, of which 50% would be affordable (75% as social rent and 25% for shared ownership).
