Soapbox, the second and largest collection of rental homes at Sugar House Island, has now launched!

Soapbox comprises 211 apartments, duplexes and mews houses ranging from studios through to 4-bedrooms, with private balconies, residents’ courtyards, and relaxing rooftop terraces. Many of the homes are pet-friendly.

More than a third of the new homes are 3-bedroom or more, catering for families and providing room for home offices. Rental prices start at £1,475 pcm.

Soapbox was named after the Island’s soap making heritage and is a reference to one of the many industries which thrived as part of the Island’s circular economy in the 1800’s.
