The virtual exhibition displaying plans for Zone L of the Canada Water Masterplan off Quebec Way at the rear of the Printworks site are available to view online.

Zone L will be a development of c. 237 new homes, of which about 75% will be affordable housing.

There will also be a significant amount of public open space included to create a green and open new development.

The public exhibition will run until 1st of August ahead of submitting a Reserved Matters Application to Southwark Council for approval.

The detailed information boards, images, diagrams and a comprehensive Frequently Asked Questions booklet for the Zone L proposals can be viewed online between 16th July – 1st August at https://cwm.exhibition.app.
