Great Portland Estates plc has pre-let 121,800 sq ft at 50 Finsbury Square to telecommunications company Inmarsat Global Limited.

Inmarsat will move here from 99 City Road.

Practical completion for the ongoing refurbishment is scheduled for late 2022.
