Developer Hill Group and housing provider Notting Hill Genesis have announced a partnership to deliver 780 new homes in Housnlow.

Lampton Parkside is built on the site of the former Hounslow Civic Centre next to Lampton Park’s 40 acres of green open space and beautiful countryside.

Designed by award-winning architects Allies & Morrison, Lampton Parkside forms the second phase of the ten-year Lampton Road scheme that has already delivered the New Civic Centre and The Staging Post, a collection of 160 affordable homes.

The development will be split between 563 homes for private sale and 217 affordable units.

Lampton Parkside is scheduled to be finished in 2029, with the first units set to be delivered in Winter 2022.
