All nine apartments at No.9 Pemberton Place development have sold out!

According to the developer Aitch Group, the one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments were snapped up by young buyers who wanted to live right at the heart of London’s cultural, creative and music scene in Hackney, London E8.

The development was launched during the lockdown at the start of 2021 and sales agents had to conduct Zoom viewings for the clients. Several sales were agreed with buyers who didn’t physically see the property. Prices of the apartments located above a contemporary work and retail space next to 19th century cottages started at £450,000 for a one-bedroom home.

Selling agents for the development were Savills and Stone Real Estate.

Aitch Group's current developments now selling include Park Place in Finchley N3 were prices start from £350,000. Empress Works nearby has also just sold out.

Aitch Group has built 170 new homes and 20 commercial units, totalling in excess of 64,000 sq ft of multiple usage. The developer has reported excellent success in uncertain times with 70% of new homes sold and 90% of commercial units occupied.

Since the pandemic began in 2020, the developer has completed construction on five developments, totaling 92 residential properties exchanged or completed. All sales were conducted in accordance with social distancing and health precautions, as well as official guidance at the time.
