Haringey Council has approved plans for the redevelopment of the vacant site for a mixed-use development comprising 75 residential units (Use Class C3) and 1015sqm of commercial floor space.

Craig Sheach, Partner at PRP commented: “We have worked extensively with Aitch Group, Haringey Council, and the local community to produce a design that is truly inclusive and equitable for all. We are particularly pleased with providing a high-density development with all homes with dual or triple aspects. Whilst the architectural language of the building is bold, its roots are located within the context of Wood Green.

Luke Cadman, Associate Planning Director at Aitch Group added: “We’re delighted that the planning application process has reached a successful conclusion as Caxton Road will be a key driver of growth and opportunity for the wider Wood Green area. The collaboration and teamwork between Aitch Group, PRP and Haringey Council over the past year to enable this decision has been fantastic and we look forward to hitting the next milestone.”
