WPP has let 60,000 sq ft at 121-141 Westbourne Terrace to Future Publishing.

Future Publishing owns brands GoCompare, Look After My Bills, and magazines such as LivingETC, Homes&Gardens, Ideal Home and many more.

Future Publishing entered into a 14-year term with a break option at the 7th year. All other terms remain confidential.

The building was recently refurbished to provide bright open plan office accommodation with the benefit of 4m floor to ceiling height.

Andrew Barnes, director of central London tenant representation at Savills, commented: “141 WT offered an off-market opportunity to secure large efficient floors with high ceilings and great natural light close to Paddington’s Crossrail and underground entrance at a discount to new Grade A space. We managed to agree a deal pretty swiftly to meet Future Publishing’s needs and they will be up and running very shortly utilising some of WPP’s existing fit out. It’s a great deal for both parties.”

James Andrew International represented WPP. Savills advised Future Publishing.
